LAURA VANDERVOORT (Sadie Harrison)
Laura Vandervoort was born and raised in Toronto. She attended York University for Psychology and English and has a second-degree black belt in karate. Her acting experience covers the spectrum of theatre, television and movies of the week. Laura has many television credits, including principal roles in the television series Sue Thomas F.B. Eye, Goosebumps, Mutant X, The Comedy Network’s The Gavin Crawford Show and a lead role in Disney’s movie of the week, Mom’s Got A Date With A Vampire. Laura was in the feature film Troubled Waters and the Miramax feature The Lookout. More recently, Laura earned the highly coveted role of Supergirl in the CW’s successful series Smallville.
